It is five days of mayhem and madness, and it all starts Wednesday at this year’s Weekend Wasteland. Located a hundred miles north in California City, patrons dress into their favorite Mad Max character, or other post-apocalyptic characters they’ve been inspired from, for fire shows, circus acts, extreme-modified vehicles, themed games and vehicle rides throughout the Mojave Desert.
