  • 🚨 101 FREEWAY: The construction of the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing on the 101 Freeway in Agoura Hills will lead to lane closures starting in mid-April, tentatively April 16th according to Caltrans. All lanes will close in one direction of the 101 Freeway between Liberty Canyon Road and Chesebro Road for five hours on weeknights, beginning at 11:59pm. During these closures, the opposite direction will remain open. A detour will be available via Agoura Road, Liberty Canyon Road, and Chesebro/Palo Comado Canyon Road, with State Route 126 as an alternative route. The wildlife crossing aims to reconnect wildlife habitats and specifically help preserve the mountain lion population in Southern California. ℹ️
